Andrew has appraised in Arizona since 2005. His background spans more than two decades across residential appraisal, brokerage, REO valuation and disposition, relocation, and residential development and project management. That range informs the valuation work: market analysis experience from brokerage, disposition and condition assessment from REO, and analytical grounding from a finance and commercial real estate education. He works directly with attorneys, CPAs, fiduciaries, and courts, and handles every assignment personally, from inspection through final report. No trainees, no call center, no rushed turn time.
